(2) Even though Rebbi Meir holds that a woman who gives birth to a form that looks completely like an animal still has Tumas Leidah, nevertheless, when the fetus *partially* resembles a human, the mother is not Temei'ah until it is clearly recognizable that the child is a human (Tosfos DH she'Rebbi Meir).
(3) Except for the ears (Gemara), the mouth and the nose (Rambam, Hilchos Isurei Bi'ah 10:9 -- however, the Yerushalmi states that its nose must also be that of a human).
