FOOTNOTES:
==========
(1) That is, he sinned inadvertently, then remembered that such an act is prohibited by the Torah, and then he forgot and sinned again.
(2) That is, one of his sins was done when he forgot that it was Shabbos (while he knew the Halachah that such an act is prohibited on Shabbos). His second sin was done when he knew that it was Shabbos, but he forgot that these Melachos are forbidden.
(3) See Insights regarding the opinions of the Rishonim in Rebbi Zeira's doubt.
(4) And he would be Chayav two Korbanos for the two Zeisim of Chelev that he ate, one cooked and one fried. The Gemara concludes that even if he ate two *half* Zeisim of two pieces of Chelev cooked differently, the fact that the two pieces of Chelev are cooked differently serves to divide them, and he is not Chayav (it is not considered as though he ate one full k'Zayis of Chelev). That is, being cooked differently divides them even l'Kula.
(5) From the Gemara later (72a) it appears that the Gemara concludes that Rebbi Yochanan and Reish Lakish indeed argue only with regard to Yedi'os (rememberings), and it seems that both agree that separating the animal as a Korban (Hafrashah) *does* divide the sins and makes the person Chayav two Korbanos. However, TOSFOS 72a, DH Maskif) states that they are arguing *even* with regard to Hafrashah.
(6) Except for the case of Shifchah Charufah, according to the Tana that does not require Yedi'ah of the sin in order to be Chayav an Asham Vadai (and also according to the Tana that does require Yedi'ah, in Rebbi Yochanan's opinion).
