(1) Rebbi Yosi permits daughters of most converts to marry Kohanim. (Rebbi Yehudah, though, prohibits daughters of *any* converts from marrying a Kohen).
(2) She is a "Giyores mi'Kanah" who is permitted according to everyone, since there was no transgression committed in her conception.
(3) This is because she is a Mitzris Shelishis, and the third generation is permitted. In addition, since there was no transgression committed in her conception she is a "Giyores mi'Kanah" and is permitted even to a Kohen.
(4) Since she was conceived through the transgression of a Lav, she is prohibited to a Kohen. This is derived from a "Mah ha'Tzad" from the daughter of an Almanah to a Kohen Gadol and the daughter of a Chalal, both of which are prohibited from marrying a Kohen. Their common denominator is that some sort of transgression was involved in either their birth or their father's birth. We learn from here that the daughter of any union in which some sort of transgression (of a Lav) was involved is prohibited to a Kohen.
(5) Rebbi Yochanan permits her, because he derives from the verse "Besulah *me'Amav*" that a Besulah who comes from "two nations" is permitted.
(6) Since she was conceived through the transgression of an *Aseh*, she is prohibited to a Kohen. This is derived from a "Mah ha'Tzad" from the daughter of an Almanah to a Kohen Gadol and the daughter of a Chalal (the mother of whom transgressed an Isur *Aseh*, i.e. his mother was a Be'ulah who married a Kohen Gadol -- TOSFOS DH Mitzri Sheni) both of which are prohibited from marrying a Kohen. Their common denominator is that some sort of transgression was involved in either their birth or their father's birth. We learn from here that the daughter of any union in which some sort of transgression (of even an Aseh) was involved is prohibited to a Kohen. (Compare to footnote #4)
(7) According to the first version in the Gemara, Rebbi Yochanan permits her because of the verse "Besulah me'Amav" (as in footnote #5). According to the second version, which holds that "me'Amav" refers only to the daughter of a Ger Amoni, Rebbi Yochanan permits the daughter of a Ger Mitzri through a "Mah ha'Tzad" from the daughter of a Ger Amoni to a Jewish mother (1:B) and the daughter of a Mitzri Sheni to a mother who was a Mitzris Sheniyah (2:A).
