9) [line 24] CHISHEV (PIGUL, CHUTZ LI'MEKOMO)
9a) PIGUL (CHUTZ LI'ZEMANO)
(a) A sacrifice that was slaughtered with the intention of eating it or offering it after its allotted time becomes disqualified. It is forbidden to eat such a Korban, as it states in Vayikra (7:18), "v'Im He'achol Ye'achel mi'Besar Zevach Shelamav ba'Yom ha'Shelishi, Lo Yeratzeh, ha'Makriv Oso Lo Yechashev Lo, *Pigul* Yiheyeh." - ("If [the person bringing the offering plans] to eat it on the third day, [the sacrifice] will not be accepted. It is considered Pigul (putrid, rejected) and it will not be counted in his favor.")
(b) If a person eats Pigul intentionally he is Chayav Kares. If he eats it unintentionally he must bring a Korban Chatas. (Sefer ha'Chinuch Mitzvah 144)

b) CHUTZ LI'MEKOMO
(a) A Korban that was slaughtered with the intention of eating it or offering it outside of the *area* designated for it becomes disqualified, and may not be eaten or offered on the Mizbe'ach. This is learned from verse that repeats the prohibition of Chutz li'Zemano (Vayikra 19:7)
(b) If a person eats intentionally from a Korban that was offered with the intention of Chutz li'Mekomo, he receives Malkos.

10) [line 25] HA'LEVONAH - frankincense (or oliban), a handful of which was placed on top of a Minchah (meal-offering), and which was later offered on the Mizbe'ach

*11*) [line 26] KA SALKA DA'ATACH - (the Gemara uses the term "Ka Salka Da'atach" here although this statement remains the Gemara's conclusion, since it is not a strong proof (TOSFOS YESHANIM), or since the Gemara in Zevachim 104b presented a similar proof which it indeed rejected at the end of the Sugya, and the Gemara here copied the terminology used there (RITVA).)

12) [line 27] TEVUL YOM
A Tevul Yom is a person or utensil that has been immersed in a Mikvah to become Tahor for Chulin, but is still waiting for nightfall to be completely Tahor with regard to Terumah. The level of Tum'ah of a Tevul Yom is minimal; he or it is considered only a Sheni l'Tum'ah and if he or it touches Terumah or Kodesh, the Terumah or Kodesh becomes Pasul and must be burned. Chulin that he or it touches do not become Teme'im. After the following nightfall, he or it becomes completely Tahor with regard to Terumah.

13) [line 27] LINAH
Any parts of a Korban that were not placed on the Mizbe'ach until the following morning become disqualified and may never be placed on the Mizbe'ach.
