Shabbos Delight - Every Shabbos

Ahavas Chesed endeavors to bring Shabbos joy to hundreds of families who are unable to secure their most basic Shabbos needs.

Every Thursday, in the wee hours of the night, volunteers approach the homes of the needy on tip-toe, and place cartons containing supplies for an entire week at their doors. These packages include poultry, fish and even confections for the children. All this is done in a manner which will not embarass the beneficiaries.
