(a) The Gemara asks whether 'Mefarer' (breaking into crumbs) is confined to when one throws the Chametz into the wind (in the Reisha), or whether it extends to the Din of casting it into the sea (in the Seifa).
Why might the latter case not *not* need breaking up, even though the former one does?

(b) The Gemara poses the same Sha'aleh by Rebbi Yossi in Avodah-Zarah. What does Rebbi Yossi rule in the Mishnah in Avodah-Zarah, and what is the Sha'aleh?

(c) Rabah rules that whereas Avodah-Zarah does *not* require grinding into dust, Chametz *does*. Rav Yosef says the other way round.
What are their respective reasons?
