Grapes that were put out to dry and are therefore muktza, if they dried before Shabbos, even if you didn’t know about it, they are not muktza.

Grapes that were put out to dry and are therefore muktza, if they are semi-finished before Shabbos and you specifically said you will be using them, they are not muktza.

You should not allow an object that is muktza to fall into a regular utensil, as you could not use the utensil for the rest of Shabbos.
