If the dead person has his mouth open you are not allowed to close it.
Chapter 311 Section 8-9
‘Tiltul min hazad’, moving from the side for the sake of something non
muktza, is permitted on Shabbos. A example of this would be a vegetable placed
in the ground, if you move the vegetable, the ground which is muktza is moved
inadvertently.
‘Tiltul begufo’, moving muktza not with your hands but with other parts
of your body, is permitted even if it is for the purpose of the object that is
muktza.
