Beitzah 5:1
Fruit which is left on the roof to dry and are therefor muktza, if rain is
coming that will ruin them, you can knock them through a skylight as long as you
don’t pick them up. This is only on Yom Tov and not on Shabbos. You can cover
the fruits so they shouldn’t get wet. The same is with barrels of oil and
wine.
You can put a pot under water that is leaking from the ceiling.
Beitzah 5:2
The following are rabbinical prohibitions; climbing a tree, riding an animal,
swimming in water, clapping your hands or thighs, or dancing. These are
prohibited on both Yom Tov and Shabbos.
The following are rabbinical prohibitions even though there is a mitzvah
involved; judgements, kidushin, chalitzah or yibum. These are prohibited on both
Yom Tov and Shabbos.
The following are rabbinical prohibitions even though they are actual mitzvos;
making an object holy, archin, charamim, or taking off tithes. These are
prohibited on both Yom Tov and Shabbos.
