Shikalim 7;3

Meat that was found in the Azara, if it is full limbs we say it is from olas. If it is cut in pieces, we say it is a chatas. If it is found in Yerushalayim we say it is shelamim, however, it cannot be eaten as there was hesech hadas [distraction from the intent].

If it is found in a city we say it is a neveilah, if it is a whole limb. If it is sliced pieces, it is permitted. If it is during yom tov even a whole limb is permitted.

Shikalim 7: 4

An animal that was found between Yerushalaim and Migdal Eider, if it is a male we say it is an olah, if a female we say it is a shelamim. R’ Yehuda says if it is found within 30 days before Pesach, we say it is a korban Pesach.
