Yuma 5:6
He then sprinkled on top of the mizbaiach seven times. The left over blood he
poured on the base of the outside mizbaiach on the west side. Normally korbanos
that were brought on the outside mizbaiach were poured on the south side.
All the blood got mixed up in the water canal that leads out to the valley of
Kidron. Later it was sold for fertilizer. Anyone taking the fertilizer without
paying was transgressing meilah.
Yuma 5:7
All the work that was done by the cohein gadol while wearing his white
clothes had to be done in order. If he sprinkled the he-goat before the ox, he
had to repeat the sprinkling of the he-goat after the ox.
If the blood spilled out of the cup before he completed a full set of
sprinkling which included sprinkling in the holy of holies, sprinkling on the
paroches, and sprinkling on the mizbaiach, he must start over from the beginning
of that set.
R’ Eliezer says he started from exactly where he was up to.
