Pesachim 10:9

The korban pesach must be eaten before 12:00 midnight, and if you touch any leftovers your hands become tamai like they would touching any nosar, leftovers. Pigul [which is slaughtered with the intent to eat it in the wrong time] also has this law that it makes your hands tamai.

Eating karbanos and the korban pesach need a bracha. The bracha on the korban pesach helps for the chagiga but the bracha for the chagiga does not help for the korban pesach. R’ Akiva says neither of them help for each other.

Shikalim 1:1

There is an obligation for everyone to give ½ shekel to the Bais Hamikdash every year in order to bring the communal karbanos from new shikalim.

On the first day of the month of Adar we [bais din] announce the requirement to bring the ½ shekel, so that by the month of Nissan we could bring the communal karbanos from new money. On that day we also call out a reminder about kilayim as it is the time the vegetation starts sprouting.

On the 15th day of Adar we read Megilos Esther in the walled cities. Also we fix the roads, the squares, and measure the mikvaos. We also check into all public needs and mark the cemeteries so the cohanim will know not to go there. On this day bais din sends out people to check and uproot any kilayim.
