These are the controllers that were in the Bais Hamikdash. Yochanan ben Pinchus managed the unique tokens for each karban. Achoiy managed the libations used with the minchas. Matisyahu ben Shmuel managed the lottery. Pisachya, who was Mordechai, managed the bird offerings. Ben Achiya took care of the cohanim with sick stomachs. Nichunya took care of the water holes. Giveine was the crier. Ben Gever took care of the locking of the gates. Ben Bivi took care of the whipping to wake the cohanim up. Ben Arza took care of the cymbals. Hugros halevi took care of the singing. Bais Garmu took care of making the lechem hapanim. Bais Avtinas took care of making the ketores. Elazar took care of the paroches and Pinchus took care of the clothes.

Shikalim 5:2

There cannot be less then three treasurers and 7 overseers of them in the Bais Hamikdash. You cannot have less than two people with authority on public money except for ben Achya who took care of those with sick stomachs and Elazar who took care of the paroches and who the public accepted.
