Shikalim 6:3
The cohanim bowed by the gates; the top gate, kindling gate, firstborn gate,
and water gate which were all on the south side. The water gate was named that
since the water of libations on Succos was brought from there. R’ Eliezer ben
Yaakov says from there water is going to come forth in the future.
Next they bowed at the Yechanya gate, korban gate, womens gate, and music
gate which were on the north side. The Yechanya gate was named that because from
there Yechanya went into golus.
They then bowed to the east and west gates.
On the east side was the Niknar gate which had two little gates on either
side.
The two gates on the west side had no names.
Shikalim 6:4
There were 13 tables in the Bais Hamikdash that were used for the animals.
Eight tables of marble were near the mizbaiach were they would wash out the
entrails.
Two were to the west of the ramp, one made of marble and one of silver. The
marble one was used for the limbs of the animals and the silver one for the
utensils. Two were in the Ulam, one made of marble and one of gold. The marble
was used for the lechem hapanim when they were brought it in and the gold was
used for the lechem hapanim as they were taken out. The lechem went out on a
gold table since we only increase in holiness not decrease.
The table that held the lechem hapanim all week was gold.
