Megila 1:7

There is no difference between a zav who sees twice in two days or if he sees three times in three days except that if he sees three times, he must bring a korban.

There is no difference between a metzora mussgar [who is being checked out for seven day to see if the tzoraas is spreading] or a metzora muchlat [who after being checked for seven day has been found to have at the tumah is spreading] or except that muchlat has to let his hair grow and rip his clothes.

There is no difference between a metzora mussgar becoming tahor or a metzora muchlat, except that the muchlat needs to be shaven and bring birds.

Megila 1:8

There is no difference between a sefer torah or tefillin and mezzuzohs except that a sefer torah can be written in any language whereas tefillin and mezzuzohs can only be written in hebrew with ashuras lettering. R’ Gamlial says that sefer torahs cannot be written in any other language except Greek.
