It says in the posuk, ‘There was a hunger in the land beside the first hunger’.
Ramban---says the first hunger is referring to the hunger in the times of Yitzchak’s father, Avraham.
Rabeinu Bachayai--- says this is referring to the hunger that was in the time of Adam Harishone.
