Parshas Vayigash
The posuk says ‘Yosef could not contain his emotions in the presence of all who stood before him and he cried out’let all leave my presence’ no man remained with him when Yosef made himself known to his brothers.
Ramban----explains that Yosef sent out the Egyptians in anger so that they should not hear about the brothers selling him. This he thought could cause problems for him and the brothers. The Egyptians could think that he and his brothers were terrible people, that they would sell him and lie to their father plus what Yosef did to cause this to happen.
Rabinu Bachayaa---explains that the Egyptians who were standing there when Yehuda was trying to convince Yosef had pity on Yehuda. This was very hard for Yosef to take, to strenghten himself against all of them so he sent them out.
