It is Rabbi Forsythe's experience that many questions are instructive and their answers could be valuable to a large number of people. Further, he might put a lot of time into researching, structuring or writing many of the answers.

Rabbi Forsythe reserves the right to place any question and/or its answer on the site, at his sole judgement and discretion. However, he will respect your request to leave your identity off, if you request anonymity on the question form.

If you feel the question may be recognized by someone who knows you, or if you feel the subject matter is very private, Rabbi Forsythe can change some personal details or information in a question to disguise the identity of the writer, while preserving the essential points that would be useful, helpful or instructive to the public; and addressed in his answer. If you want Rabbi Forsythe to change personal-sounding content, you can request this on the question form. Rabbi Forsythe, at his sole choosing, and if his busy schedule permits, will try to make requested changes but this CANNOT be guaranteed. He may also change material that may not be suitable in public or in a Torah context, at his sole choosing, regardless of whether this was requested. All text-changing is at Rabbi Forsythe's sole discretion.

In order for Rabbi Forsythe to respond, you must furnish a precise and valid email address; your communication must be clear and specific; and written in intelligible English.
